These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the RO SERVICE CENTER website and your booking of any RO installation, repair, maintenance, filter replacement, tank cleaning or AMC service with us in Patna and surrounding areas. By booking a service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Our Services
We provide doorstep RO water purifier installation, repair, servicing, filter and membrane replacement, water tank cleaning, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for residential and commercial customers. Exact service inclusions vary by the plan or service type selected at the time of booking.
3. Booking and Confirmation
- Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or via WhatsApp.
- A booking is confirmed only after our team contacts you to verify the date, time slot and service address.
- We aim to honour your preferred time slot but actual visit times may vary depending on technician availability and location.
- You are responsible for providing accurate contact and address details at the time of booking.
4. Pricing and Payment
- Service, repair and installation charges are communicated by our technician or support team before work begins, based on an on-site diagnosis.
- A visit or diagnosis charge may apply, which will be informed to you in advance.
- AMC plan pricing and inclusions are shared separately at the time of enrolment and are subject to change for future renewals.
- Payment can be made in cash or via digital payment methods accepted by our technician.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule a booking by contacting us before the scheduled visit. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect the priority given to future bookings. We reserve the right to reschedule a visit due to technician unavailability, weather, or circumstances beyond our control, and will inform you as early as possible.
6. Service Warranty
- Repairs and services carried out by our technicians carry a 30-day service warranty covering the specific issue addressed, unless stated otherwise at the time of service.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorised repairs by third parties, power fluctuations, or natural wear of parts not serviced during the visit.
- Spare parts and filters used carry the warranty offered by their respective manufacturers, where applicable.
7. AMC Plan Terms
Annual Maintenance Contracts are valid for 12 months from the date of activation and entitle you to the number of scheduled visits and inclusions specified in your chosen plan. Unused visits do not carry forward beyond the AMC period. AMC plans are non-transferable to another RO unit or address without prior confirmation from us.
8. Customer Responsibilities
- Please ensure safe and reasonable access to your RO unit and water supply point for our technician.
- Please share accurate information about your RO brand, model and any prior repairs where known.
- Any pre-existing damage to the unit should be pointed out to the technician before work begins.
9. Limitation of Liability
While we take care to deliver our services professionally, RO SERVICE CENTER is not liable for pre-existing faults in your plumbing or electrical setup, delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, or indirect losses arising from a delayed or rescheduled visit. Our liability for any service is limited to the value of the specific service charge paid for that visit.
10. Website Use
Content on this website, including text, graphics and design, belongs to RO SERVICE CENTER and may not be copied or reused without permission. We aim to keep information on this site accurate and up to date but do not guarantee it is free of errors at all times.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Patna, Bihar.
